Navy pier

Stretching for more than half a mile, Navy Pier is a combination of an amusement park and food court. It boasts the greatest number of visitors per year of all Chicago's top destinations. The views from the end are excellent, and there are no charges to just wander around.

Sears Tower

Sears Tower was the tallest building in the world when it was first built in 1975. It has since been upstaged by taller designs but still remains the tallest building in North America. Go up to the Sky Deck on the top floor for the best views of Chicago.

Buckingham Fountain

The fountain runs from 10.00am, to 11.00pm daily from April 1st to November 1st depending on weather). Every hour on the hour for 20 minutes the fountain produces a major water display, and after dusk, this display is accompanied by a music and light show.
